Bought a storage locker for 40 dollars that was a “managers special “ which meant the items were put in there from various units, which means they knew what was in it. Someone else’s expired prescription medicines (boxes and boxes of this) illegal, btw . expired food (boxes and boxes of this, with mouse feces throughout) dirty pillows, bags of trash , furniture that had gotten wet , a cracked tv , dirty mattresses and just 100 percent junk . I have worked in dumpsters for years and they were far cleaner than this. We should have been paid to take this. Not the other way around. Shame on you

I was very happy with Smores until I found out that my monthly charge had been raised without notice. Evidently the email system you are using is having some issues. For April and May of 2025 my rental fee was raised significantly. I called and in the end I was credited the difference. Unfortunately I can not afford the increase so I moved out on Sunday, July 6, 2025. I am very impressed with the staff in Willow Street especially with Ann. She was very professional and accommodating. I found your storage facility clean, safe and convenient as I only live 5 minutes away. I will consider using your services in the future and recommending you to family and friends. However it appears as though there are a couple of areas that need attention. Specifically with email issues. We are retired and cannot have rates raised without clear communication. I would be very happy to participate in another survey and give a higher review when these issues are resolved.

In the beginning the prices were ok when I took occupancy of a drive up storage unit, No No indoor Lighting, OR Temperature Control, Six months after moving in, They increased my rent, I started paying 237,44- Then it went up to 257,58 Now they sent me a notice saying there increased it to 303,00, There forcing me out, living on social security, I have to go to another storage facility, They are Overcharging not just me, I don’t Recommend Coming to any s'more Space Storage, There Very greedy corporations, I found a place a lot cheaper, for same size locker, WARRING DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!
