We moved from Philly to the area and Jason I went above and beyond for us by staying an hour past closing to get us in. He definitely saved our butts and kept us from having to find alternative storage last minute on a holiday weekend. Thank you so much.The space is great and access was seamless.
S’more Space Storage is a clean facility with friendly, helpful staff and many different options that can meet any storage need. Dan set me up with a 10x5 climate controlled unit, and it was a seamless process.
Prices and availability were the same online as they were in person which I appreciated. The manager at the location was exceptionally nice and helpful. He made it very easy to set up everything and answered every question I had. I was very pleased with my experience and I would recommend others to use this location if needed.
Shannon work ethic is top of the line. When I called her and spoke with her over the phone she was very detailed oriented. I stopped by and she respectfully showed me 2 units. Shannon informed me she was waiting on a call the next day regarding a bigger unit. When I called her she mentioned come on in I got a unit for you. She was very helpful in fulfilling my needs and explained everything in detail when I signed the contract. The next day she was making her rounds and came up to me with her smile and sweet personality that makes you feel right at home. She will definitely be hard to replace once she moves on. I will miss seeing her at this location and I am pleased to have had that chance to meet her. Shannon is by far an excellent employee and the company should be very happy and fortunate to have her. She's one of a kind. Knows her job well and makes everyone feel very comfortable. I wish her well and best wishes with her move.
Went to pick up a moving truck here, no attendant was here to give me the keys. I had movers set up at a specific time, and now have no truck. I ended up losing money on my scheduled movers and am now out of pocket on that. Someone else was out front of the business and commented how another customer yesterday was waiting on a truck here until almost after noon (they open at 9am.) Don't schedule a penske truck through here unless you have all the time and energy to deal with having no truck for your scheduled time and want to wait on the phone with an attendant for hours.
